Place an order
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
This contract is covered by UK law.
How place an order
You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling the telephone number above.
You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
We use secure payment facilities for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect or PayPal.
Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
Please note that all prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
We procced all orders for despatch within 24 hours (1 working day*) from receipt.
The order will then be despatched via Tuffnells and APC courier.
Deliveries are currently made to Europe countries
Our working days are Mon-Fri( excluding bank holidays).
Therefore, please ensure that either you provide us with a delivery address where there will be someone in during the day (between 8am - 5pm) to sign for the goods, or that you are able to collect from the local depot. Also you can provide message about secure place for courier. No refunds will be given to items that the carrier returns to us due to their being unable to obtain a signature, unless they can prove that the carrier was at fault.
Damage in transit
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must, if delivered by carrier or recorded delivery, make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us by email within 7 days from delivery.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us by email within 7 days from delivery.
Incorrect Items: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect items within 7 days from delivery by email.
Items that are deemed damaged or defective can be returned for replacement or credit. Faulty goods can be returned up to 14 working days following receipt of order. Please inform us by email stating 'damaged goods' as the subject, including all order details within the correspondence.
Due to the bespoke nature of some of the goods we supply. Those items where products have been cut to the requested dimensions are deemed as bespoke and are not liable for return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (June 2014) regarding distance selling.
"Change my mind"
If you change your mind and want to returned goods you can returned goods for your cost up to 7 days.
Items that aren't deemed damaged or defective can be returned for replacement or credit. The goods can be returned up to 7 working days following receipt of order. Please inform us by email stating 'change my mind want to returned the goods' as the subject, including all order details within the correspondence.

The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore inspect items carefully before using/working on them.
